About
The newly renovated The Bulldog Rock Shop is a small tribute to the rock era of the 70’s. This shop opened on April the 30th in 1993 and is located on a canal near central station. The Rock Shop is a cozy shop where (in the summer) you can sit on the patio and watch the boats pass through the canal locks. This shop is located in the famous Jordaan neighbourhood and around the corner of the shopping streets Haarlemmerstraat and Nieuwendijk.

We really enjoyed the hour or so we spent here. The shop was bustling with people coming in and out and the staff were very attentive to COVID regulations. They were also very welcoming and friendly.
The atmosphere was lively and the tunes were great!
Cant comment on their wares but for a chill in a great atmosphere I recommend highly.

Great experience. Had never smoked before so was a fantastic first time and was made more enjoyable by the chilled out (obvious) vibes in the shop.
Staff were excellent. The guy selling the drinks was spinning about to Michael Jackson which was a memorable experience (he was off his head but thats normal)
I would definitely return.

Really great place, nice and comfortable.
It was our first time to smoke weed so we didn’t know anything. The lady was very helpful and explaining us everything, with a funny Italian accent, we had a great time !
It`s peaceful, easy and reasonably priced. This is the place to go!!

Was owed more change than we were given. Went back to the budtender who was extremely defensive, arguing with us for a long time. She insisted that her maths was correct and that we were trying to steal her money. She eventually gave us back our change (probably realised that her basic math skills were not up to scratch). Even so she refused to apologise and was hostile, throwing my change at me and insisting that we were wrong to take our rightful euros.
Would not recommend. Try the places next door, which looked much more comfortable.

This was my first ever experience of a Coffee Shop. i have to commend the chocolate brownie edible as I have never experienced a drug so strong. I mean it when I say i literally pissed my self in the middle of amsterdam. I definitely will be coming back again

Loved it in here but it is pricey just like the other bulldog places. It’s commercial so sadly they are overpriced but the products are lovely and so are the staff we had a great time

Best music and atmosphere ever!!! Joffry was the best company in the perfect moment! He and her collegue July explain us the difference of the different kind of weed or hash, we spoke about music and about the city! Really a beautiful evening!
It’s a little coffe shop and the toilet wasn’t very clean, but the guys that work there give something special to all!
We will come back soon as possible ! With hope to find this beautiful people again!
