Absolutely amazing experience. I paid £25 for 3 days to rent a bike which is really cheap! The shop is easy to find from amsterdam trainstation and the staff are fabulous! I also left my bank card in store and the staff emailed me to reassure It was found and safe! The bike was brilliant condition and didn't fail me once! Highly recommend this place to anyone it is a must when traveling around amsterdam! ❤️ 💙

Bike was solid and very happy using it. Staff member was very helpful with clear instructions and gave me time to get acquainted. Also gave advice on places to go (or not to!) tailored to my interests. Very pleased.

The staff at MacBike were very kind and helpful. It was super easy to reserve a bike online with a credit card. The bike was ready to go when I arrived at the shop, and it was exactly what I needed for a day of exploring. I will definitely rent a bike from this shop again.

We hired bikes for 24hours. Luckily oli booked online just before we queued in the shop, as those in front of us were turned away as the shop didn't have enough bikes left, but we had already reserved the last few. The staff were helpful, the bikes were easy to ride & the locks easy to use. There was a rack on the back with ties so you could secure your bag & I bought a silicone phone holder so I could follow Google maps on my phone on the handlebars.

We rented two e-bikes from MacBike for two days. This made our experience in Amsterdam AMAZING. We were able to get around the city very easily and got to see so much more than we would have if we chose to just walk or even use transit. Would highly recommend e-bikes from MacBike. They come with two types of locks, one to lock the wheel, and a chain lock. They also provided us with battery chargers since we had the bikes for more than one day. Great service, would rent from MacBike again on future trips to Amsterdam.

They should have the option to drop off your bike at one of their multiple locations and not being asked to return it to the place you picked it up. That would be much more convenient ..

Very easy to book in advance! We have booked two tandems and they were prepared at the right time. Afterwards there were accident with the front tire and the guy in another office of Macbike solved it very quickly and without additional charge. I recommend the service of that company!

Salve, pensavo di andare con mio marito ad Amsterdam a fine giugno, primi di luglio e di noleggiare una bici. Non vorrei utilizzarla dentro la città, non sono abituata e sono una frana. Ho una mtb e la uso in zone di campagna e comunque sempre fuori città. E' possibile noleggiare una bici fuori Amsterdam in zone non trafficate di campagna o altro? Grazie a chi vorrà rispondermi.

I checked for renting tendem bikes, and as much as they have them, I was not convince it was the right way to go. They look very heavy and the staff did say they were not the easiest to handle. Maybe they have better ones now.
