From Central station open boat small group beers wine 24 euro an hour bit more no commentary as such but some great insights to the history nice crew and very relaxed. Great photo op.

Used hop on hop off tour by boat. These run about every 20 mins and take you to virtually all of the city with stops close to attractions. Audio guide is good but we had an English speaking man in control of the boat who...More

Great way to see the city sand learn about the history. Particularly recommend late afternoon or early evening for the sunset.

This was a well planned overview of the canal system. The tour lasted an hour and was mostly self guided using head phones plugged into the boat entertainment system. It is also a nice alternative to trying to see everything by walking.

You haven't really been in Amsterdam if you haven't done a canal cruise. Beautiful views and a lot of fun. I would recommend one tour during the day and maybe a dinner canal cruise at night.
