I never wanted to go to a shopping centre, but I had 2 teenage girls with me that did. So, instead of taking them to our planned visit to the Van Gogh Museum, I gave in to their moans and groans of 'not another museum...arts...More

It looks very expensive, at the enterance- because of shops like Lacost and more designers shops. But inside and upstairs you will finda huge music shop, movie shop, Yankee candles and a lot of souveniers, and also the VAT refund

I had lunch at Sissy Boy Daily at the basement. Good service and food. Explored the building after lunch and was greatly disappointed. Limited variety and number of shops. Entry to toilet on level 2 is chargeable.

Like many posts have already claimed, the building itself is well worth a visit. The shops were individual and well placed. It had an eclectic vibe and certainly when I visited it was uncrowned and easy to shop uninterrupted.

Just off Dam Square I'm always drawn into the shopping mall but never seem to buy which says something. Over several floors there are a number of outlets so give it a try. You may be luckier then me
