Went there last Saturday night with one of my mates. €35 in and two free drinks which is what you would expect in Amsterdam. As soon as you come down the stairs into club the strippers are all over you and hassle you for a drink. After about 10 mins of relaxing and watching some gorgeous women dancing. A girl... More

Does not match up to reviews .... The girls are too pushy for a dance..The atmosphere is pretty nice but the girls will not let you enjoy it and will push you for dance all the time...

Please don't waste your Amsterdam experience here. Imagine a terrible strip club with a 60€ cover for an hour. This would have been reasonable if one wasn't hounded for money at every step, even trying to look at a girl sit there they demand money or threaten to kick you out. You're not even allowed to stand at the bar... More

Nice wine and nice manager! But there was a horrible/ nasty girl working there called Cherry (or charity). To put it simply, she was an utter bully who was so desperate for money that would happily stomp and ruin anyone's night. Luckily, the manager of the bar understood the importance of reputation and refunded us the 35,00 from Cherry after... More

Promises much but it's a tacky bar and expensive entrance - €60 per person for 1 hour including drinks). We managed 3 small beers each in the hour so if it's beer you want, go elsewhere. Anything else is extra so when the girls offer a dance, you have to pay.

You pay €50 to get in and see nothing you just get the hard sell and the rudest bar man. There all nice outside until they get your money, then they get you in and they try to get more out of you or the girl sits on her phone texting. Alcohol is crap too, watered down tastes like.

We went to the Banana Club next door which is more of a traditional strip club. Entry free wasn't extortionate and included two drinks, inside the girls were sexy and the service was fast. However the two girls that came to dance with us were ridiculously aggressive in asking for more money, they split me and my partner up so... More

This place is not even fun like it is suppose to be. Not sexy, not fun, terrible stuff. Save your 50-60€ on something you will actually like.

Stubbled into this place by chance (yes really) and the entrance of €60 for 1 hour including unlimited drinks isn't too bad when you're a fast drinker. If you're tight for a cash I wouldn't suggest but as long as there's at least 4/5 of you and can split the 'service' payment you'll enjoy the experience.

Staying in Red Light District (De Wallen)

Neighbourhood Profile
Red Light District (De Wallen)
To visit Amsterdam and not explore De Wallen (the Dutch name for this area) or to go only to gawk at its saucier aspects would mean missing the opportunity to view some of the city’s most picturesque canals, historic landmarks, and impeccably presented examples of traditional local architecture – not to mention Amsterdam’s own Chinatown, Europe’s largest Buddhist temple and more local treasures. Sure, there are some less salubrious activities drawing the curious to this age-old part of time. Nevertheless, the Red Light District is still a very safe and incredibly fascinating area where at the turn of a corner you can be transported from the dingy glow of modern day neon red to a glorious 16th century Delft blue dreamscape.
