My husband and I have been wanting to do a bike and barge trip for a long time. The trip was everything that we had hoped for and more. We love cycle touring and really loved being able to unpack at the start of the trip and stay in the same room each night. The guides were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They expertly guided us through our daily routes, shared wonderful stores, and advised us about things to do at each of our stops. The barge's crew took amazing care of us and encouraged us every day as we set out and returned. Everyone continued to check in with all of the guests to ensure that we were having a good experience. I highly recommend Carlos and Micaela's trips!

This was a fantastic tour; everything about it was special! The small group atmosphere, the vintage boat (with comfy mattresses), wonderful meals made by Henny and the competent sailing of our amazing Captain Roel. Then there was our fearless leader, Carlos, who guided us with heart and humour, showing us the beauty of Holland from the seats of our bicycles. I would recommend this trip highly. If there were more stars, I would award them. Toni

Beautiful tour in the Heaven of bikes :)
Micaela and Carlos are professional cyclists able to lead you through exciting/picturesque natural landscapes and also through the art and architecture proper of those cities.
They pay attention to particular needs of the group, giving the right balance between biking and evening walking city tours.
Very pleasant and enjoyable tour with bike and a special barge: the Gandalf has a very good cook, the captain and his beautiful dog Jala : )

Amazing experience with two wonderful guides. We would definitely do a other trip with Yubike tours. Many of our friends have asked about our trip and experience after seeing our pictures and social media posts and I have recommended they look at the tours offered by Yubike because they would not be disappointed.

I joined Yubike aboard the Gandalf for a 4-day bike & barge tour in May 2014. We visited Haarlem, the Keukenhof, Leiden, and cycled through the Amsterdam Woods en route to the Amstel River and our return to Amsterdam. This is a perfect introduction to cycling in Holland. Carlos and Micaela at Yubike are friendly, welcoming, and excited to share the culture and history of the Netherlands. The crew of the Gandalf couldn't be nicer, fellow travelers were congenial, and the food was fantastic! Everything was professionally run. Our Yubike tour was everything we wanted and then some. Carlos was a fun, fascinating, and congenial host and tour guide. The accommodations and food were just right. All in all a near perfect trip.

Our trip with the sailboat and the bikes on Elba was beautiful.
What made this tour special is the change between sailing and cycling.
We visited Capoliveri Iron ore Mines, Porto Azzurro, Napoleon residences, Monte Capanne, Marciana Marina, Portoferraio, Pianosa Island, beautiful seascapes, there were also days we spent completely at sea. We could snorkel and swim in beatiful bays, which you probably never get to see.
On the sailboot we were 8 people, including the captain and the Yubike team Micaela and Carlos.
The Yubike team has always tried to respond to the wishes of the guests. It was often cooked on the boat, where Micaela proved to be a fantastic Italien chef.
We all got along very well and it was an unforgettable holiday.

Very nice trip in the flower fields and Nederland landscape and especially very hospitable and professional accompaniment from the guides and the boat team. Tasty home made food and confortable rooms. Good bikes and services. A great trip with great people !

Two grandchildren 12 and 13 years and their grandparents enjoyed the tour - all of us in spite of both rain and wind. Excellent food, very warm atmosphere, good bikes and informative guide.

This was one of the most special experiences of my life! The tour guides truly make you feel like family—and the biking (while slightly challenging) wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! I can’t wait to go another tour with them :)
