My group of 6 scheduled our bike reservations as well as guide in advance of our trip. Online communication was prompt and very helpful with suggestions. We arrived from Amsterdam via bus which was pretty straight forward. Area is beautiful. We loved having Pieter as our guide to make sure we both stayed on track and heard wonderful details on the area. After our start in Volendam, we visited Edam, Kathammer, Katwoude, Monnickendam, and Marken, ending with a ferry boat ride back to Volendam. Highly recommend - Pieter was an excellent and entertaining guide. Our lunch in Katwoude where Henry Willig's farm is was excellent. Loved seeing all of the content cows and sheep and views of both the countryside and beautiful water. This was one of the highlights of our trip to the Netherlands.

We rented bikes for a week for a school class from Finland. The bikes were delivered and picked up to and from our accommodation - very practical. The bikes were very comfortable to ride and included good lights. The communication and service of Rent & Event was very good. Thank you!

As I have a bad hip it was great to be able to experience the countryside and fresh air without having to cycle. The e scooters were in very condition, the lady who set us up was kind and polite and helpful. We had the best day even though it was very chilly.

Don't miss to ride a bicycle in Volendam and nearby. There is a half day program to go Marken and back. I rented a bicycle and I colud get all information here I needed on my way. Excellent service and hospitality. I stopped at every corner to see the nice gardens and the beautiful landscape. After arriving back, I visited one of the local restaurants to try the fish food. It was a perfect day. Thanks Peter for all your recommendation.

The whole experience was wonderful! The customer service is top notch- friendly, patient staff, helpful explanations. We went on a beautiful bike ride with my 81-year-old mother and they were so helpful in helping her learn the bike and feel comfortable. The ride itself was breathtaking. Well worth the time and very affordable! Highly recommend!

Be careful with booking. Your reservation can be canceled because of overbooking without giving a reason. Support will answer you, but the new booking date will be already different.

We did the 2hr E-chopper and E-bike rental. These bikes are pimp and very easy to ride. We missioned to the cheese factory which was a magical experience. The countryside is breathtaking, we saw swans in the canal and a beautiful old windmill. The cheese factory was fun as you get a free tasting and glass of wine with your ticket. I also got to pet a calf!

After reading reviews of Waterland, we took a public bus to Volendam, renting 2 bikes from this company. Easy walk from bus stop. The staff were so helpful, spoke english, fitted 3 speed bikes to us, gave us a very good detailed map and off we went. We biked a loop through Monnickendam, out the causeway to Marken and boarded the ferry back to Volendam. The bike rental also set us up with ferry tickets (including bikes). So convenient! Highly recommend this bike rental company.

The electric choppers are sick! Completely quiet and super comfortable. Easy to ride and heaps of fun. Highly recommend jumping on one and seeing the sights.
