As a church, it's quite nice. However as a tourist attraction it lacks the wow-factor. It has a small photographic exhibition in one of the corners and a handful of stations with information on the various people buried there. Whilst the church is beautiful, it...More

My review isn't actually for the landmark itself but for the delft, although going to this church and its square is a big part of visiting delft. You should definitely consider this for a day trip from amsterdam, which is a easy to do after...More

This church is smaller than the "New Church" but very interesting nevertheless. The leaning tower is a landmark and there are tombs of interesting historical people, including Vermeer. The history is well explained both in Dutch and in English. Both the new and the old...More

We loved mostly the stained glass; they are not the originals, but they have been done with a lot of artistic details. Here you can also see an impressive pulpit, Vermeer's floor stone and the tomb of the inventor of the microscope, Anton van Leeuwenhoek....More

If you have any interest in history, this church is a MUST. I have hardly ever seen so impressive stained glass as in this church. The grave of Johannes Vermeer is situated in this church. Visit is highly recommended!
