Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a wonderful building with a fantastic roof terrace from which you can see practically the whole of Rotterdam. The five or six story staircase going to the to for everyone to use and have a walk around the roof terrace to view the stunning Central Station building from the top. Every angle of Rotterdam can be seen from this terrace. It was a wonderful experience and should be done by all visiting this amazing City.

Did not go in, but the architecture is nice.
The stairs outside is removed now. So its pretty much just half empty office and residential building again.

We had a meetup set at this amazing location, and what a choice it was to host is there...

Not only is the architecture amazing, it's the whole atmosphere that breaths success.

It hosts many different type of companies & is definitely worth a visit when the opportunity presents itself!

This must be a real celebration of recovery for Rotterdam, but Netherlands as well. It was built after the Second World War to give a new lease of life to the city, and it obviously has.

This building is completed after WOII and now counts dozens of business renters. Hopefully you can get in and have a view in the elevators and corridors to the offices.

The "Groot Handelsgebouw" is one of the first buildings realized after WW II, and started the rebuilding of the devastated center of Rotterdam. The building, with a volume of more than 400000 m3, was aimed at alleviating the pressing shortage of business space after the war. With the most recent renovation, the original architecture and appearance was restored. The Groot Handelsgebouw is one of the most well loved buildings in Rotterdam and is a National Monument.

Build right after the war this building purpose was to settle all economic and trade offices.
Its a marvel and genious building ....Somehow a small village on its own.
Besides there are plenty of offices floors and spaces it features streets and parking lots on differen levels. There is a non catered roof terrace. Its partially accessible for visiting to puplic. Just figure out which entrance to use ( A-E )
Some floors are still in old lustre with original Linoleum floors and rough concrete walls.
The street level feature lots shops and service offices.
Dont miss this building when you visit Rotterdam for a true architectural nerd this is a building to visit.

This concrete building with a lot of glass was built just after the second world war in order to house all the businesses that had lost their housing during the bombardment of the city during the war. It has a unique car street that runs through the interior of the building that was designed to supply the businesses from the inside. Today it still mainly houses offices, but on the ground level you can find some cafes for a coffee, lunch or diner. Further up there are some conference rooms and on top of the building there is a roof top terrace of cafe Engels that is accessible in summertime and offers a wonderful on the brand new Central Station and the Rotterdam skyline.

A still impressive building with a fascinating history. It's worth stopping for a moment to take a look - you can of course read something about it on your smartphone. Located right next to the Centraal.

Under the beautiful and large wholesale building is a spacious parking garage where you can park for three euros per hour. The building itself is also beautiful in architecture and is located right next to Rotterdam Central Station and right next to our goal Miniworld Rotterdam.
