If you like photography, visit this museum. Location next to the NEW YORK Hotel, so easy to get there by either public transport or by foot, walking the erasmus bridge. Changing expositions makes it always a must to go here. This December I was on...More

Being a keen photographer this museum was always on my list of things to do in Rotterdam. The main show when I visited was by the Dutch photographer Cas Oorthuys. There were lots of photos to see and I found it very interesting. Upstairs they...More

I expected to learn about the Dutch photography history and see master pieces of the known Dutch photographers. I was disappointed. Very small and not worth the entrance fee. Temporary exhibition about the work of Cos Oosthuys was interesting but the other exhibitions had nothing...More

I visited recently and enjoyed the visit, even though my expectation was a bit higher. The place is rather small and I walked through within an hour. The exhibitions were well curated and prepared.

We went to this museum one day and there was very little to see. The coffee bar had no one working it, the staff were very distracted, don't bother.

Amazing pictures on display. Really enjoyed the theme exhibition by Charlotte Dumas. What an amazing pictures. It's a pity there a relatively fee photos on display. The museum has a huge collection, so it's a shame there's so little to see.
