This museum had several Rembrandt paintings and the famous Girl with a pearl earing. It is not a very large museum, which is great. It gave us the opportunity to take our time and enjoy the beautiful art work and the building itself.

I think not. The line to enter the Anne Frank House is long and the travel time to The Hague is just under an hour each way plus a 15 minute walk to Mauritshaus from the train station. Unless you are a traveler who just wants to say "I have been there" you will not have time to enjoy either site.
