Can recommend Lieke and Eliska, very knowledgeable and professional therapists. The best massage place in The Hague in my view.

My husband and I really dont recommend you go to this place. It’s like an airbnb of Massages and although the concept might be interesting to get freelance masseuse in, there is no service attached to your experience.
We didn’t even get to have our massage that cost us 174€ prepaid on their website. I have just had a 3rd baby and we were looking forward to our appointment as drained. We missed our appointment because we were sure it was the day after and no one called us or even sent an email to remind us of our appointment. They have a policy that they don’t have any contact with you appart from a problem on their side. So when we showed up for our massage the next day (an empty shop where the freelance booked practitioner just shows up) she informed us that our appointment was the day before. We called the company and there was nothing they could do for us. No rebooking, no reminders, no email reminders… basically no customer service whatsoever. We feel very disappointed and somewhat feel robbed. This was our present to us for “well-being” something that this company understands nothing about.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and concerns about your recent experience with us. We understand your frustration, as losing a gift card can be disheartening. However, we'd like to provide some insights into the situation.
First and foremost, we genuinely regret the miscommunication that led to the missed appointment. We acknowledge that the online booking process involves multiple steps, including ticking boxes that outline our policies, including our cancellation policy. Furthermore, our confirmation email reiterates these policies and provides a link for adding the appointment to your agenda. Our 24-hour reminder system, which is in place to help clients remember their appointments, did not trigger for your booking due to the timing of your reservation.
It's essential to note that we operate on an appointment-only basis, and we place the responsibility for remembering and attending appointments on our clients. We do understand that your preference would have been for us to call, but we do not have a receptionist, which is detailed on our extensive FAQ page on our website.
When you contacted us, we regret any frustration you experienced during the conversation. We did our best to explain that two rooms had been reserved, and two therapists had set aside time for your appointment. Our aim is to balance flexibility with our need to protect the livelihood of our therapists, who work on a commission basis, and the sustainability of our business.
We genuinely empathize with your frustration, as we strive to create positive and memorable experiences for all our clients. Nonetheless, it's important to clarify that we were upholding the very policy to which you had previously agreed.
Our goal is to provide a service that encompasses both relaxation and professionalism. While it's challenging to meet every expectation while maintaining our business, we remain dedicated to continually improving our service. We hope that you may consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a memorable experience that aligns with your expectations.

I've gone here regularly for the last year and can highly recommend it. The different therapists are all highly skilled and deliver on their de-stress and sports massages. They listen to complaints and are honest when massage is not the remedy, but recommend pyhsiotherapy for example. The massages lead to an awesomely relaxed state that carries you through the day.

Very nice relaxing place and warm clean atmosphere. Risa, the massage therapist was very skilled and caring. I did have a superb relaxing moment.

Very nice and professional staff. The place is clean and you get your private space. The therapist asks where she needs to focus the most and gives advice afterwards. I will be back soon :)
