We came here out of interest more than anything else, as we did not need to buy anything. We were in The Hague for only a day, having arrived there in the morning by train from Rotterdam. We were amazed at the quantity and reasonable...More

We visited the market to quickly get some stuff we needed. In merely an hour I managed to get a lot of necessary items. Ranging from eggs, bread, a shirt, a USB-stick to delicious dates and fried fish. All at bargain prices.

Although it is always crowded, I love going to this market to buy fish and veggies for the whole week. Prices are as low as 1 EUR for 5 good avocados. Do not take valuable items with you, just some cash.

Numerous choices from fish, vegetables, fruit to clothing, international food items, household products and hygiene products. Typical Dutch food items, Turkish, Surinamese, Hindoestani, Indonesian and so...More

Having visited The Hague many times, I wasn’t told about this market. What a size. You can easily wander around for an hour+ and enjoy the loads of items on offer. Clothes, shoes, fruit and vegetables, electronics etc.
