This is a great experiential museum that shows the flow of immigrants who departed from Belgium to North America. Not just Belgians, but all the people who flowed here from Europe and I think North Africa. Great for kids and adults.

It brings the story of so many people that left Europe to have a new life in America. Done in an interactive and fun way.

Excellent place to spend a couple of hours. Many stories of those who left for the new world. Many did well - many didn't. Very moving in parts.

Fascinating museum- learned so much about how Red Star Line brought immigrants to the United States. There are audio recordings of personal accounts of passengers of Red Star Lines- definitely worth a listen. I highly recommend this museum.

Yes, the Red Star museum is closed until September 21st. I would check a few days after that, since there is a lot of road works in the area.
