The recommended time to spend in the museum on tripadvisor is not realistic. I went through all four floors and it took me about 2,5 hours. The permanent exhibition takes you through the European unification, starting from the beginning of the industrial revolution until the...More

It was interesting to see the items related to the events in each period, but most of the historical information was what I learnt at school (although I’m not from Europe). Maybe it’s more suitable for students to learn the history.More

We were pleasantly surprised by this museum. The presentation is modern and the tablet offered to go through the rooms are efficient. The various points of view expressed during European history are discussed. Everyone European citizen should visit. Some of the uninformed Euroscepticism observed these...More

We visited when it wasn't very busy. It was interesting to see all the different things on display. The building itself is actually quite an impressive structure, as are all the buildings in the area, belonging to the European Union. No expense is spared! Nevertheless...More

Well done exhibit, free entrance for all. Clearly a selective exhibit of European history, i.e. essentially of the history of Europe post WW2 and of European integration. Still a valuable reminder, to be recommended for all young people.More

You do really need the tablet as there are no real signs/printed descriptions. As far as I remember, the tablet had a normal headphone socket so yes, you could connect ordinary earphones.
