We booked a standard minivan round trip from the BRU airport to Brussels city for 8 people, including a baby seat, through the website taxi-brussels.com
The details of the booking didn't appear in my account although I received a confirmation email. I write them and they said me that all was ok and that the problem with my account would be notified to the IT department. The booking info never appeared in my account.
The confirmation email said that the driver info would be sent the day after the trip, at evening. But that info was never sent at that time. We had to contact them at every trip to request that information. It came around 21:45 in every trip.
The driver of the first trip was punctual, he had the ordered baby chair and the trip was normal.
But for the return, the driver call us 15 minutes before the scheduled time and said that he was 15 minutes late because he got sleep. He appeared 20 minutes late. Also, at 1/3 of the return trip, we realized that we had forgotten our baby chair so we went back for it. At the first time they told us that it was going to cost us 15 euros extra but then,10 minutes late, they told us that it was 30 euros extra. Not fair.
They have communication issues and they should not charge more than the agreed price, especially if one of his drivers was late.

i never said 15 euros. i said 30 euros and you must have misunderstood that is why the driver who also heard 30 euros once you told your relatives 15 euros he asked me will the extra be 15 or 30 i said 30 and i asked him to pass me you again on the phone so that i could clarify. when you asked the driver to go back you were at rue belliard which is well beyond half the way to the airport givent that you departed from Anderlecht. so there is no way we could do that for free. it is was up to 5 km we would have let go but beyond 5 km you had to pay for extra and do not forget it is a distance that you must double. thank you

Used them for travel between cities in Belgium. I booked all of our services in May for travel in July. Brussels airport to Brussels Airbnb was great. That's where it ends.
Reservation for Brussels to Bruges was 15 min late. Called company. Said it would be there in 10 min. Ended up being 1 hour late.
I tried to confirm with them the night before our next reservation. They said they would work on it. Even after checking in with them the night before, the reservation for Bruges to Ghent was 2 hours late. When I asked why, they said they were too busy the night before to assign a driver, and they only assigned a driver when I checked in with them 1.5 hours before scheduled pick up time. I'm still not sure why these were so late, when I booked and paid for everything in May.
Some other peculiar things happened, like I booked transportation directly on their site and paid on the site. They called me saying that it was wrong, and that I needed to pay extra. This happened twice.
When I made the airport reservation, I indicated that we had 5 suitcases and 4 people, and even sent a picture to show the size of the suitcases. They sent a sedan, and we had to put our suitcases on our laps to fit everything, AND the driver asked for 20 euros cash for the "extra bags."
There are other transportation services out there. Do not use this one.

The driver was 15 minutes late and didn't speak much English. Nobody apologized. Also the driver and the car was changed from the one that I received info about in the mail. Again no explanation was given.
The ride itself was okay and safe and they followed COVID-19 precautions (plexi glass in the car)

Taxi Verts Brussels. DREADFUL COMPANY
My husband is disabled and we use taxis with a ramp for his wheelchair. Taxis Verts specifically told me (in an email) they had taxis with ramps to suit for our stay in Brussels. They gave me the number to call and told me to allow an extra 30mins to wait. When I called them last Saturday to book one they said they had NO taxis with ramps!!!! No apology, no other options suggested - Awful company.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I took care of all the details, including our transfer from the airport, 4 months in advance. I received an email from Viator requesting flight details which I provided the same day. I was informed that I would receive information about the driver, car type and model, and meeting point at the airport. I never received this information and it was a small miracle that we found the driver within 30 minutes of landing (on time) and collecting our luggage. Another driver directed me to an area opposite where we were looking (foreign country, no cell service). There we found our driver who looked extremely annoyed and instead of greeting us said he was about to leave. After an interminable silent period in the vehicle, he got his boss on the phone who informed us that it is their policy to charge 10 euros for every 15 minutes their driver has to wait. UNBELIEVABLE! We followed our itinerary to the T and Viator didn't communicate any information to make our transfer a smooth one. The driver was dressed in street clothes, not professionally like the other drivers in the arrivals hall. I had to argue with the boss from the back of the vehicle and I was shaking by the time we arrived at the hotel. Not how I wanted to start an important trip that I had been planning for a very long time. I will NEVER AGAIN use Viator.

Used them twice— once fro airport to hotel in central Brussels and one from same hotel to cruise dock in Antwerp. Had long wait at airport to get through customs and taxi-Brussels charged extra for their wait time. They had told us of their rules ahead of time so this was not unexpected. One the Antwerp trip we had difficult time finding our boat. They mad no additional charge but I tipped extra. They were very good on both rides. Would highly recommend this service.

I rarely if ever write reviews but I’m so impressed with the service I had to share. I needed to take my cat from Brussels to a vet check at Ghent University and so booked a car with driver to take us there and back. I did not know how long we would have to wait and my non-standard request through the web enquiry form was handled efficiently and quickly. The driver arrived on time in a very smart car. He was very polite, friendly and helpful and drove very safely. Communications throughout were flawless. I was so satisfied with the service I have already booked another trip. Highly recommended.

I have checked all reviews from this company before booking.As I found that most of the review is from first review from new reveiwer so I really not much confident but still willing to try. I was booked the van from Brussel airport to hotel by website it is very easy to book and quite reply foe the confirmation.As my fight was delayed about one hour and I left the departure gate I saw the driver was already arrived and bought us to the parking space to get on the car. The van is clean and big enough and the driver is driving safely so overall it is worth to recommend someone need the shuttle .

I ordered 2 cars (different days) to take family members from Ghent to The Brussels Airport:
Car 1 - Showed up late, which forced me to find another car
Car 2 - Canceled literally at the time it was supposed to arrive, which forced me to find another car
When I asked for refund, they said no.
Save yourself aggravation, and money by using a more reputable company

Hello, thank you for your question. the easiest way is to go to our website on the homepage you will see a booking form. you put pickup address, drop off address, date, time and hit on "GET PRICE" button. you will see the fix price for our different categories of vehicles. Only if you agree with this price there you can proceed with the booking process. Otherwise, you just stop at that level.
