Beautiful buildings located in the town centre, expensive cafes and restaurants in the area, but the area is worth a visit

For me, the local symbol of the city is the grand place. Always full of people, especially tourists, give the visitors a strong feeling about being in Brussels: a city full of people from all over the world laughing and being happy.

A nice place, depending on how many others you have seen. You might expect a little bit more from what should be the epicenter of the historical Bruxelles. Anyway, should one visit Brussels, the GrandPlace remains to be seen.

Probably one of the five most beautiful main town squares in Europe, definitely in northern Europe. Exquisite any time of the year. Enjoy its beauty, take pics, walk around and have a great Belgian beer in one of the terraces or cafés!

One of us is a wheelchair user. We found Venice, with its canals and bridges much more aware of the needs for access than the city fathers of Brussels. No consideration was given to how someone in a wheelchair is going to cross the road. There was a small step at each kerb but there was then a sharp lift... More

Heart of the city where you can enjoy a meal, drink or explore the side streets. The last day of our visit, we found a street with chocolate shops and high end clothes and accessories. What fun!
