I was not able to make it in time to actually go up in the atomium... however we did stop by to take a few pics of the structure from the outside! It is massive!

Yes - many!! 1 - Amazingly beautiful icon of the city, is the only huge structure that has NO WALLS to support it. Look at it in amusement that it lasted decades longer for what it was designed 2 - The view from the top & excitement of passing through the tubes (links of the atom) which are actually escalators... A special place to visit. Quite a view! It takes about 1-2 hours to see around. The restaurant I wouldn't recommend--nothing special and not professional stuff. It is also interesting enough inside the Atomium.

It's really an impressive structure looking from a close or a long distance. It's worth the detour since you can combine with a walk in the nearby Laeken gardens

Recently visited this and queued for an agonising 2 hours to get to the lift to go to the top. It's a few seconds and though the view is quite impressive, it takes only a couple of minutes to take it all in. The rest is accessible via escalators and staircases which you don't need to queue for inside the... More

After buying the tickets(which were pretty expensive,15 euros each) some photos of us were taken immediately after, and when we finished the visit, they showed us physical tourists photos having our faces on them.Initially, we thought that those objects were free, but they asked 8 euro for each photo. That's disgraceful marketing strategy and very disappointing. This left us with a bitter... One of the main attraction to visit in Brussels. Awesome view from the top. The museums at other levels were also very interesting. Overall worth a visit

Such an iconic and emblematic structure in Brussels! This is a "can't miss" attraction, even if you don't pay for a ticket to go up, everyone should at least visit the site and take amazing photos with it. If you happen to go up to the viewing platform, you will see the most awesome views of Brussels. The Atomium also... More

I think the atomium is cool to look at from the outside but inside the exhibitions are a bit boring. If you love planes and old air hostess uniforms you're in for a real treat as there's about 3 separate pods of the stuff! The views from the top are pretty impressive and it's not too expensive to get in... More
