Entrance to the cinema, on busy moments, is awkward. Bought a ticket from a machine and then had to join a long queue and wait until the ticket check station opened, as it closes between sessions. Normally one would expect to have to wait in the reception area, but we had to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes. After passing through the ticket checkpoint, we had to join another line after self service food court, waiting to pay at the cashdesk. Shoddy logistics. There was a break half way into the movie. Sad, because it really broke the momentum. Not the best session I've had in a movie theatre. Dirty toilets with awkward access.…

As a person who visits cinema every week, I have to say this is the only cinema you can watch decent IMAX movies in Belgium (Alita Battle Angel - you gotta watch IMAX!) . Although their 3D glasses are really old and dark, we just suck it up... last week they had new system on their App to purchase our own 3D glasses, I was quite happy and paid for 2 pairs (one small sized for my son, one “clip” for my normal glasses) but the IMAX movie actually didn’t need them. They still used old small dark heavy 3D glasses... So why do Kinepolis even put that option with IMAX movies and mislead clients to buy? In the end I had to take the useless 3D glasses home (which I already got bunch of collections from German cinemas...) Please upgrade your 3D glasses, Kinepolis! I had best movie experiences in Shanghai China, as the best cinema in the capital of EU, I hope you can do better!…

The seats were comfortable and the food choices were good. Strange that you have to pay to use the bathroom. For the high cost of the movie ticket, you’d think the use of the restroom would be included. Close to metro a plus

I came last saturday. The room was full with popcorn under my feet. The smell in the room was terrible. When I left, two parking machines were out of order. We had to wait 30 minutes before being able to pay. It was freezing cold that day. The parking fee is 10€. This is just too much.…
