I love these little museums and this is a classic. Full of fascinating moments from this extraordinary battle. Don’t miss the “bombing experience” in the basement - very atmospheric!

This small museum is a wonderful tribute to the soldiers of the 101st who held the line at Bastogne at a crucial moment in WW2. The artefacts are mostly personal to those who fought, which makes it a more personal experience. Spread over three floors,...More

With its all too realistic wax figures that couldn't look more human, original artifacts from the war, interesting information and the bomb shelter simulation, you really feel like you've stepped into a time machine. I would, however, advise that people take caution with the bomb...More

Went to this museum not thinking it would be too much, but were very surprised at how wonderful it was. It was perhaps one of the best done in the area. The mannequins in the diarama were so very lifelike that I expected them to...More

If you can visit only one museum in Bastogne, well, this is yours! The quality of the philological reenactment is absolute and the sorrounding experience of the bombardment in the basement is rather better than the Blitz Experience in the London Imperial War Museum! Last...More

This museum has all original stuff and is packed with very realistic dioramas. Take caution with young children In the basement, there is a hospital exhibit and a close combat fighting exhibit that can be disturbing. I recommend going into the simulated bomb shelter. I...More

Great place packed to the rafters with exhibits relating to the experiences of the 101st airborne during the battle of the bulge. This place has to be at the top of the list for anyone visiting Bastogne.

Although a small Museum I would say it one of the best I have ever been in both on this tour and also other WW2 trips I have been on. Great integrative Bombing Experience,

The museum it self is very small. But I took a day to see around so. There is a lot to see and visit.
