Ok....not great. The guide was rote and monotoned. We were packed into the boat. We didn't find this one particularly relaxing, nor inspiring.

As it's only €8 it's quite good value. To be honest you don't really see anything new or learn anything special, but it's just a nice novelty to get on one of the boats and sit back and relax. Don't worry about lines there are...More

Took a canal boat tour and the weather was very kind. So many beautiful buildings in Bruges and a different perspective from the water. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke several languages, adding to an interesting and enjoyable 30 minutes floating.

If you are in Bruges you must take a canal trip. At great value of €8 for a 30 minute trip it shows a different side of the lovely buildings along with a commentory.

When we arrived (by train from Brussels), we went directly to the canal boat tour. There are several companies that operate them and they don't send them out until they are filled. So, be sure to go to one that is actively filling up the...More

At 7 or 8 euros (I can't remember the exact cost, but it was definitely either 7 or 8 euros), this trip was excellent value for money, and a lot cheaper than the bus tour. The guide was very informative and gave lots of interesting...More

You see a lot more on a wander around to be honest following the meandering canal bank but it is nice enough and you get some history from the driver. With good weather then it is even better. The route is not a round trip...More

When we took the tour it went back to the same place as it started, and tickets were available to buy there.
