Small shop but can be quite busy. The man at the counter was helpful. The older lady was Madame Dumon who posed for a photo with my kids which was a kind gesture considering how busy they were. Chocolates were exquisite and would highly recommend....More

Asked a simple question but got a real unpleasant feedback. Not appreciated. If you cannot handle a busy store please do not work on busy days. I am sure the chocolate will be nice but I will never buy it here.

I have tried almost 20 chocolate shops in Belgium. Godiva, Neuhaus, Leonidas, Daskalidas, The chocolate line, Galler, Mary, Van Hecke etc. Of all the chocolate shops I have visited, this was the only shop where I didn't buy chocolate after entering. Dumon chocolatier has 3...More

Natalie, the owner, takes her chocolate seriously. We were a bit put off by the signs saying "do not touch" (we are Americans, we are used to handling the goods before buying!) and Natalie swooped in with a basket with a small tsk-tsk ("you don't...More
