Boring as hell and very little on chocolate. Loads on the countries of origins. Given how much chocolate is a part of Belgium I was expecting a little More... kids would probably enjoy

The story of chocolate was interesting but looking at tin after tin and mould after mould got a bit monotonous. The 15 minute chocolate making demonstration at the end was good but then you all exit into a small shop with a lot of discourteous people who need to learn the meaning of the word manners.

Interesting history of chocolate and how it's evolved and been used throughout the years. There you can buy combi tickets which will get you in to other attractions which is useful, plus you get a free chocolate bar on arrival! Set over three floors (some steep steps for the unfit amongst us!) it's a nice place to while away a... More

Originally thought this was a very small museum, but then spotted a flight of stairs on our way out. It turned out this Museum was on 4 floors. The information and displays were extensive. Only took about an hour or so to go round. There is also a gift shop.

Very interesting self guided tour. Lots of information available to read. Be ware that this is not easily accessible for those with poor mobility. We nearly missed out on the chocolate demonstration as it was not obvious that this was available on the ground floor. Worth the 25 minute wait between the demonstrations.

A really interesting place to visit, lots of stairs though so be warned. Yummy chocolate and wonderful chocolatier showing how to make praline stars.

The best bit of the museum is the free chocolate bar you receive once you pay for a ticket. On entrance to the museum are the public toilets which smelt really bad and we're in a bit of a sorry state and first impressions... The rest if the museum felt a bit stretched for ideas to fill the museum

This tells you the history of chocolate in Europe and how it was used / adopted. Addictive even with out the sugar, and the cause for much rebellion. No change there then.

Good insite to the history of chocolate plenty to read and watch a video. Not an ideal place for the less mobile as lots of stairs to climb. Good demonstration at the end and you get to taste a sample of the chocolate.

This was a self guided tour with plenty to look at and read about the history of chocolate. A excellent demonstration on the making of praline chocolates with samples at the end.
