Great coastline with cliffs& boreholes & Lora of rocks to scramble on.more hazardous parts are fenced off, steps cut into rocks in n places, facilitating access.Good photo opportunities .Easy walk to Carvoeiro on boardwalk

Loved exploring the shore in this area. Wish we could have returned again at a different tide time to see the changing landscape or the new effect of light on different parts of the rock formations.

Intending to go for the boardwalk, we bumped into this spot! It is nice to walk down the cliffs (pathway).. there you have stunning views and sunset. Be careful while climbing!.. Easy parking

Lunch in the square in Ferragudo is a must. Take the trouble to walk up the hill towards the church via the narrow cobbled streets. Also, walk along the harbour side past the nets and grilling fish - but don't stop there... More

There are concrete steps! For 8 years, is ok, just be carefull with him when down by the sea, can be slippery! Please note there are few good steps, definetly when you coming back:) but is worth the efort!!!enjoy!!
