Very interesting cove

Took some walking down into this place but well worth the trip. Thee are many steps so not for the faint hearted or for those unsteady on their feet

The beautiful sea rock with the small caves, one of them with "windows" over the sea level. There is a small stair carved in the rock above the sea to cliff-jumping in.

In the town of Carvoeiro Portugal in the Algarve coast, are tons of naturally forming caves along the cliffs. There is a nice path to walk along which meanders over the cliffs, and allows for you to wander down into the caves. There are many beautiful beaches along the way as well as cafes, and restaurants. You can make the... More

Had a lovely lunch here with the family. Kids had burger and chips, and came to their specification - no lettuce or tomatoes. The old man had calamari - not a scrap left, tuna salad for the missus, generous serving of tuna and very fresh. I had A delightful and fluffy prawn omelette. Staff are a delight and super friendly

A very beautiful hidden cove with an interesting walk to the caves which is very fascinating. A wonderful place to sit down and watch the Sun go down. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly so did we. Definitely a must visit place if you are around this region.

This beach has now vehicular access. It is reached from the Tivoli hotel by some 80 plus steps and the last 6 feet by a rope drop. The lower steps have been washed away. All part of the adventure, but for the able bodied. We managed fine . 3 adults and children aged 6 and 3. Once down there you have caves,... More
