This means from his opening welcome and remarks in the hallway to his smiles and "see you agains" on the front stairs as we left. This is actually our 2nd event at the Lethes--having been to the Sao Laurenco Chorus event April 15.... More

Wonderful little theatre, looks a bit run down from the outside but has been successfully restored for ongoing performances on a variety of themes.

This theater is a quite small theater but is very beautiful with many golden and wood work, if you have the change go there a concert or a play, it gets very intimate ambiance.

If you enjoy the theatre or just want to see a bit more of old Faro don't miss a chance to see a production in this little gem. It's like a time capsule; faded but so interesting!! Period must be circa 1890s ?

Went to a concert here. Tickets are cheap and we sat in a box. Very much the original theatre of its time. A shame they don't advertise well al events.

A lovely, small old theatre with a lot of atmosphere. Range of entertainment at various times. Central Faro with restaurants and shops nearby.

We visited a concert for four guitars. Charming little theatre which must be very like it was 150 years ago

even if there is not a show on, this beautiful theatre is well worth a visit to admire the interior design. It is usually only opened in the evenings

Thanks to another Tripadvisor publication, I called the doorbell on the left and Antonio was so kind to give us a personal tour (free although I was happy to pay a fee). Unfortunately there was not show during our stay but the tour was so great. This theather and ACTA company is struggling to survive. I hope this jewel gets... More
