Faro is a nice small city and this is one of it's attractions. Well worth the visit. Easy to get to and close to the old town area

This is a really interesting visit. In a bizarre way it is interesting yet a bit eerie. A 2 euro visit in Faro that is worth the rather intriguing trip.

Large and impressive facade, typical of Portuguese churches . Entry will cost you 2 euros, but it is very little compared to the preservation costs of such a building. Classical inside with interesting wall chapels. The highlight of this church is undoubtedly the bones chapel...More

Well worth a visit, whilst in Faro. This includes seeing a unusual shrine where the walls were made of skulls and bones

The church is stunning with beautiful carvings, all gilded in Brazilian gold. Small entrance fee to get in and reduced prices for senior citizens
