We had booked a removal company in Portugal to do a house move from Central Portugal to the Algarve and two days before the move was due to happen, we were let down so had to do it ourselves. We found Multi Rental after searching the internet for local rental companies and, after reading the positive reviews, we contacted them to see if they could help. Guara, David and the rest of the team at Multi Rental were nothing short of brilliant - they found us a van at short notice that was big enough to do our move and at a really competitive price. The whole process from the initial phone call, to picking up and returning the van was simple, professional and refreshingly transparent (compared to other vehicle rental companies used in the past). We can't praise Multi Rental enough for coming to our rescue and saving the day!

On a recent trip to Lagoa Portugal, we had the pleasure of hiring a car from Multi Rentals for 7 days 21st December 2022. The office was across the road from our place of stay (Lagoa Hotel Apartments). The experience was excellent, the service was quick and the car great, cost was very good. Representative was perfect. I will recommend, and if I return to the region I will be using again. Thanks Multi rental (Nuno Bernard)

I cannot fault this company's service. From start to finish, they were excellent. Made contact after booking to check some details, which was reassuring. Really friendly, by email, in person and on the phone. Good value and really happy with the vehicle supplied. Would recommend.

Everything is perfect with this agency : booking and arrangement, English language, using what's App with very short reaction, nice car and very gentle people. I recommend a lot and will recommend to anybody who wants to spend time around Lagos.

I always use Multirental for my needs of Airport transports. They are very reliable, have many vehicles and drivers, so I feel safe they are coming punctually, whatever time of the day it might be. All friends I recommended to use them are also satisfied with their services.

We rented a wheelchair van this summer for our 3 week holiday we had a few small glitches but Multi. did whatever it took to rectify the issues. This company is geared to customer satisfaction and the staff are professional and courteous. I look forward to using them again on my next vacation to Portugal !! I wish them well and applaud them on future endeavours to provide service to people with mobility issues

I note the excellent reviews of this car-hire company but, quite honestly, feel that because it is NOT located or contactable in the centre of Lagos it is losing business.

I booked a car to travel from Lagos in Portugal, to Seville in Spain and back to Lagos. It was for the weekend before Christmas 2016.
Multi Rental included GPS included at no extra cost.
We were also not charged any extra to travel to Spain which was a major decision maker for us, as all the other companies had an extra cost for this and for the GPS. The car was a Polo, new and absolutely spotless. I was spoiled! Beatriz and Inga were really helpful, and spoke English as my Portuguese isn't brilliant. First class service, will definitely use them again.

It has always been difficult (if not impossible) to get an accessible hire car in the Algarve. That has now changed. Multirental are a fantastic company, easy to deal with, have good quality cars, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. 100% recommended for accessible hire car.

There are 8 of us (seniors) who will be landing in Faro on Sept 7, 2020. We wish to get a transfer to Lagos then rent two vehicles for day trips around the Algarve for one to two weeks (duration yet to be determined) then off to Evora then Lisbon. Realizing that there is still some details to be worked out can you provide me with prices?
