It did not feel crowded at all despite it being the peak season. Would definitely recommend to families!

there are many places to join the beach. Long and soft sand - does get windy at times. There are plenty of restaurants along the beach. There are plenty of waves and the sand is excellent. Local to Lagos

Massive expanse of beach with clear sea and wacky waves. Accessible via small ferry boat over the estuary near town center. Plenty of water sports going on and beach bars dotted about. Beach heaven.

Simply the best beach in Lagos with the best beach bars to choose from with plenty of free parking and water sports .

A long stretch of golden sand and beautiful blue seas. Various types of water sports are available for the whole family, watched over by lifeguards. We had a villa overlooking the beach and the views were wonderful - fortunately so was the weather!

Long open expanse of sand and clear waters. When we visited there were some small waves the kids loved jumping in. Very shallow waters

Lovely clean beach with several cafes and bars dotted along it which stay open throughout the night, great for an evening meal.
