We walked from the old town , all the way up to Piedade. Absolutely breathtaking views! We followed the road and trails all the way up. One of the highlights of the trip. A must do when in Lagos!

The lighthouse is not really the attraction here but the cliff where it stands. The structure is just simple and not big. It is also surrounded by a fence. It is a good landmark though and there is a parking lot nearby. Around the area of the lighthouse, however, you can enjoy

Lighthouse itself is nothing special, just a tiny building fenced and closed at least at the time I was there. The whole cliff hike to get there is something worth doing. Around 3km of breathtaking views.
