Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

"A delightful experience! The winery tour was intimate and informative, perfect for family and/or friends. Fantastic Baga wines and sparkling wines, and warm hospitality."

The wines were good and people were friendly but tour with lunch was overpriced. The lunch was terrible. I’ve been to Portugal about a dozen separate times and this was unfortunately by far the worst meal I’ve ever had in Portugal. Maybe it’s just me and my American taste but liver and onions, liver chunks with blood sauce and roasted suckling pig that was very fatty and bony with very little meat is just not appetizing. I wish I had pushed for the fish option. The bread and butter was good.

A fantastic visit, Maria João explained the different wines that were presented, we even had an introduction to the innovations made by Luis Pato. The tasting room is hospitable and you can see the Pato family everywhere.

We had a really great afternoon with wine tasting at Luis Pato. The staff put a lot of effort into it and take the time to impart a lot of interesting knowledge about the region and the wine in addition to the wine.
I can only recommend it. 5 stars.

I arrived on a holiday and even so I was attended to by Luís Pato himself! An honor that shows how much the family loves the business and its wine lovers…. They treated me very well, besides the place being beautiful, their wines are incredible

An incredible visit, full of information. Maria, who led the visit, was detailed in the presentation of each wine and explained the techniques used. All in all, highly recommended
