Two beautiful churches side-by-side, connected by a arch. I find difficult to say which one is more beautiful, because they are so different and so outstanding. One is dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua (born in Lisbon) and the other to Saint Francis of Assis. The arquitecture is Barroc from XVII and XVIII century and we can find a lot handmade pieces of golden carving and Ancient artistic tiles. The most outstanding is that every wall, tells a story. Important Franciscan religious symbols are everywhere. I felt a mystical sensation in this place.
