Lovely old aqueduct well preserved and sweeps in an impressive arc and well worth seeing. Not isolated but has roads and traffic carrying on as normal.

Amazing to see the aqueducts in this area. They were very well preserved and even look usable today. Great shots of many long arches

Located at the entrance to the Botanical Garden it is easy to find. Another fine example of the Romans building things to last.

The aqueduct was near our accommodations, so we saw it every day. It's rather large and next to the botanic garden. You can't miss it, though there are no touristic places nearby

Not really a separate site. But you pass by it as you are walking near the University of Coimbra. Very well preserved.

It's astounding how old these systems are and how well preserved. Spend some time and you can see the aqueduct in several locations spread across Coimbra, Portugal. It's definitely worth seeing!
