It seems this free walking tour has less people than others which is quite nice to interact with the guide, former student of Coimbra. The tour was very interesting and very complete but may be a bit too long (it was over 3h40...). May be...More

At time of writing this, this tour has received no less than five star reviews...and I’m certainly not going to deviate. Oscar’s tour was three hours and it flew by, providing us with a comprehensive overview of Coimbra, it’s history, it’s university and university life...More

There are several free walking tours usually led by local university students. Donation of around 10-20 euros per person would be welcome.
