There are bars, restaurants and shops everywhere. The streets are tiny but filled with people esp around 11pm onwards. Wonderful place

It's a beautiful old part of town but not safe at night. I felt threatened and a friend has his pocket picked in a bar. He knew exactly who had done it and when he politely and non confrontationally asked to have his money back...More

Impossible not to fall in love with these tiny narrow streets, that cross each other, end-up, appear, make one to get lost and then.. discover small cozy cafes, fado bars, wineries, galleries, - the true and authentic face of Lisboa..

Very traditional part of the city. Most buildings are beautiful and a huge selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. The most vibrant part of the city at night. Must go!

The only travel card you will need will say 5 Euro on it for the taxi.
