We used SimplyBus as the transportation service for our 250 person destination wedding. For us it was this was a very important service for our wedding as every single person was form outside of the country, and wanted to ensure the experience coming in and out of our venue was a good one. We paid to have buses every 30mins starting at midnight until 430am for the comfort of our guests. SimplyBus showed up delayed and failed to meet the required timelines through the night causing a lot of discomfort for our guests, some of which had to wait ~45mins for the bus to show up and leave. Not to mention that we had paid for a service that was not delivered. When we tried to address the issue with the team, they ignored us and completely disregarded that they did not meet our agreement. I would not recommend Simply Bus to anyone that expects a relaible service and good customer service.
In summary, our experience with Simply Bus was marred not only by delays on our wedding day but also by their refusal to address the issues afterward. The impact on our guests' experience was substantial, and the lack of a satisfactory resolution speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction
