We took a one day tour to Obidos, Nazare, Fatima, and Batalha` through Viator and the supplier was Cityrama. The price for this one day tour was $160.00, and we were expecting to have a fairly "decent" tour. All the places we visited were enjoyable. But when we were asked what tour language we wanted we expected that we would... More

I have been sitting on the Castle Line tour bus for almost one hour now and for 50 minutes we have been standing still at bus stops 10, 11, 12 and 1 despite no traffic. It is an appalling service with total rudeness and ignorance from the driver and official at stop 1 when trying to register a complaint. Do... More

Apart from the filler music which was dreadful, the tour was ok so cannot understand the other reviews. On time, regular service & visited all the main attractions, what more do you want ?

We bought tickets for the red hop on hop off bus having had good experiences elsewhere. The bus driver was very helpful. On the day routes were disrupted by a civic celebration and so having hopped off we then waited over 40 minutes to hop back on. Not a good experience with a toddler. It's worth bearing in mind that... More

During our two day trip, three of the buses did not have the audio explanations working. Regardless, the explanations are very shallow. Most of the drivers are unpolite. Buses also take way too long between hopping on and off, thus almost no one leaves the bus.

A family of 5 booked this bustour, as our mother can not walk easily. At 5:40pm we got kicked out of the bus because the streets were closed. (The company new this beforehand and did not inform all passengers.) We had to walk a long way back. Great pain for our mother. The company got defensive while sharing our feedback... More

Good things first: If you have limited time, this is a good way to see those "must sees", which might usually need metro or bus there, taxi or tram here. 4 different lines and ticket is valid 2 days, so you see quite many places. Friendly staff. But then some bad things too: Start your tour first thing in the... More

We had a half day tour of Lisbon that was quite forgettable. The tour guide did not explain any city sites as we drove along the route to a destination and gave very limited explanations to the places we did visit. The tour of the Alfama area was so brief and there was little information given. Pick another company for... More

We thought we would use this bus service to get around and see the sights. We spent a lot of time queuing for buses. The buses are infrequent and when they arrive they are crowded. We were forced to stand for one complete journey. Forget getting on to the open top. The commentary was irritating and not that informative. Give... More

TL;DR: This tour steals your precious vacation time - and not in a nice way. They managed to make us wait longer than we actually rode on busses, making 4 people grumpy. ---- We bought 4 tickets for the Green Line/Red Line Combo. 1) The audio was almost impossible to hear, but what I was able to hear was useless...
