Be sure to allow enough time to view this extraordinary collection. A nice view into life at the time and what it must have been like to be surrounded by so many beautiful objects. The museum staff has created a wonderful display. Highly recommended.

We were in the area, so we decided to pop into this (slightly hard to find) museum - to be honest, we had very little idea what we'd see. In July 2016 the entrance fee was 1,50 each. Bordallo was a satirist, cartoonist, and ceramisist...More

Nice little museum at campo grande. The ceramic works are very impressive since they are so detail. Also the cartoons were quite interesting.

We were very surprised that we were the only visitors at the time we visited. There is a short film about the life of Bordalo that is worth seeing as it shows what he achieved during his life. It's in Portuguese but has English subtitles...More
