The on-line booking was straightforward. We were a little concerned on the morning of the trip in case we didn't make the pick up point with the guide outside the designated hotel and called into the helpline printed on the voucher but it was on answerphone (not very helpful). Fortunately our concerns were unfounded and Igor picked us up a few minutes after we had left a message. Igor was friendly and knowledgeable. He supplied lots of information & tips about visiting Lisbon in general as well as details about Sintra Village, Pena Palace and Cascais which was one of the stop off points on our return back to Lisbon. We had lunch with another pair of friends travelling in our group of 6 at a farmhouse restaurant which offered 2 set price menus with 3 courses including drinks (soft drinks, wine or water). You didn't have to go to the restaurant, the option was left to us to lunch elsewhere if preferred which the 3rd couple in our group chose to do. Beware - Sintra in general (along with Lisbon) is VERY steep and cooler than Lisbon so be prepared for drizzle/showers/cooler weather and wear comfortable walking footwear - but the views are spectacular. Overall well worth going on the guided tour and we were fortunate to have Igor as our guide.

We had an excellent tour w/ our guide Miguel Pires. Miguel was so knowledgeable of all the places we visited and answered all our questions satisfactorily pertaining to the history of the places and Portugal in general. He gave us a very good idea of what life in Portugal was like then and now.He set a really good pace w/ our tour so we have enough time to do everything and very patient when we tend to dawdle and come back to meeting points a bit late. I would certainly recommend Go2Lisbon to friends and our excellent guide Miguel. Hopefully in the future I can tour w/ Go2Lisbon again.

Fantastic day visiting Sintra, Cascais, Cabo de Roja and the devils mouth. Antonio our driver and host was excellent. His knowledge of all the places we visited was remarkable and very interesting. He could and was happy to answer all questions. He recommended where to see in each area, good places to eat and also what food and drink to taste. Through Antonio we were introduced to green wine, beautiful pastries and ginja, which we continued to consume for the rest of our time in Lisbon. Each place was beautiful in it's own different way and we learnt so much about their history from Antonio. Fantastic day out and definitely the highlight of our break. I would highly recommend Antonio as your guide for an excellent day out. Thank you so much Antonio.

The full day tour (Sintra, Cabo San Roca and Cascais) is worthwhile if you are leaded by a guide like Nuno, only. You need to get to Pena Palace early before the opening and to be guided wisely in order to benefit of the magic atmosphere of the palace completely and of the other attractions you will find in Sintra. The lunch (not included) in the carachteristic restaurant in the way to the coast is recommended.
