Expensive but luxurious. Really friendly staff. Impeccable clean. Lovely environment to relax. Lovely cool drinks and healthy snacks (fruit, nuts, raisins) in the relaxation area. Massage so relaxing that I fell asleep!

My husband and I flew into Lisbon on a very early morning flight. Our hotel, a few blocks away from the spa, was not able to check us until mid-afternoon. Tired and jet lagged, we walked a few blocks over to the Sayanna Wellness Spa in the EPIC SANA Lisboa hotel. I have been to many spas, but without a doubt, this spa is definitely one of the best spas I have ever experienced! The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is highly professional and provide exemplary services. We both had the "jet-lag" massage from SARA MATOS and it was amazing. The manager of the spa, INES RIBEIRO, saw to our comfort and enabled us to relax and enjoy the spa's wonderful facilities including the soothing pool/sauna and lounge areas. We liked it so much, we went back again that week for another lovely and relaxing afternoon. Enjoy!!…

A small group of us arranged massages and a spa here the day before and we were made to feel very welcome. It isn't cheap and I felt very indulgent but left feeling sure it had been worth it. The highlight was the sauna which has a huge window overlooking the Tagus from the top floor of this remarkable building.…

This Spa, Located at the EPIC Sana Lisboa Hotel, is a great place to go after a long day walking around in Lisboa. You don't need to book any massage or treatments. For only 25 Euro, you can have full access to the gym, swimming pool, relaxing area, sauna and steam bath. They provide free drinks in form of mineral water and ice tea, with some snacks and fruits. We went for the spa, after a long day walking around Lisboa, It was a great spot to recharge our batteries, before going out for dinner in the evening.…

We took opportunity of a couples deal at Sayanna, which was a winter offer, we were so pleased we had all the facilities to our self on a Saturday afternoon. The staff are very well spoken and friendly, they moved our treatments back so we could enjoy our swim a little longer. The pool, sauna and steam room area is kept very clean and comfortable. The treatment rooms are also very stylish. After your treatment there is a relaxation room with sweet treats which is a really nice addition. The place is a true testament to great customer service everyone from cleaning staff to therapists were so friendly and helpful, i would certainly return with our without a discounted rate. It is well worth the money.…
