Ines was amazing. She explained little known but extraordinary interesting things about what we were seeing. She completely tailored the visit and discussion to our interests and became a fast friend making it so much more enjoyable. It was like visiting with a friend and learning from her experience. My daughter and I had just arrived in Lisbon and took our hotel’s guest relations manager’s recommendation to do a walking tour of the city to familiarise ourselves before our 2 week stay. So glad we did as we were brought on an interesting 3km walk over 3 hours of the city’s winding streets around our hotel. Ines was knowledgeable, passionate about her city of Lisboa and introduced us to a local’s perspective. Her knowledge of the history of Lisboa was also excellent. We made a few unscheduled shopping stops along the way when something caught our eye but Ines was always obliging and flexible. Leather boots are a good buy in Lisbon. I had issues figuring out the laces and it was Ines on the floor in front of me trying to help me tie the laces without my asking. Service with a capital S. Thanks, Ines.…

We did a full week tour with Tailor Made Travel. Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Obidos, Coimbra, then up to Porto and the Douro Valley wine tour. Everything was first class. Ines, Felip and Manel, our guides, were wonderful and all went out of their way to give us a unique experience. We saw places that weren't ever on our radar and experienced many different sides of Portugal. It's a gorgeous country! Highly recommend.…

Our trip to Lisbon had its challenges, my husband has Parkinson's disease and the steep hills and limited walking endurance might have prohibited seeing the sights we had wished for. However Ines Ramires gave us a day that completely met our dreams, and my husband's challenges. We went to Cascais and Sintra, she dropped us off close and went to park, she chose the most amazing beach restaurant and her wealth of knowledge and history made it unforgetable. Not to mention her amazing taste in boutiques. I left feeling we had left a friend whom we will always remember. Thank you Ines for an experience we may not have achieved!!!…
