It's like going to Rome and seeing the Pope. The Toboggan ride is a must in Madeira. One can get tickets from the office where the ride starts. It starts up in Monte just below the church. Expect queues if the cruise boats are around....More

You have to do the baskets when in Madeira! It's great fun...30 euros a couple is a little expensive I feel, but I suppose you will only do it once, they do take your picture twice on the way down, and charge you 10 euros...More
