We were met at the airport at the time that we had arranged who spoke good English. The car was clean and tidy and most importantly air conditioned, we were taken to our hotel in a timely manner. The return was just as efficient with the driver taking our case to the car and again clean and tidy car with air conditioning at 33 degrees we needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

Now that we've returned back home I would like to take a moment to send a huge thank you to Madeira Airport Transfers for their service while staying in Madeira. This company consistently provided the highest level of professional engagement, spanning our communications to the actual travel experience! All of our drivers were extremely punctual with a pleasant demeanor and provided great insight to Madeira's landscape and culture during our time together. They should be proud of the business model they've created.

Never again left us stranded as mistake made re return date. Nearly missed flight

We had a good experience arriving, however the chap who collected us told us we need to email the office as the wrong return date was on our booking. This turned in a mess as the dates where right. However through emails this was sorted and we have confirmation. On morning of collection the company failed to arrive after waiting for a period we rang and told we didn’t have a booking for this day. I asked what can they do we have confirmation. The smart ass at the end of the phone told me “ you better get a taxi then” they still have our money… avoid, your better off with a taxi, ask for price before getting in approximately €30-€35 to Funchal

Great service, punctual and reliable!

Great service! Punctual and reliable. One day before our departure in the afternoon, we booked the shuttle from Saccharum Hotel to the Airport for 11:30 a.m. and everything worked out perfectly. The confirmation was sent out really fast, we could pay via PayPal and questions were answered very kindly via phone. We were the only ones in the shuttle so we arrived quickly.

Company sent email confirmation that return trip was booked.

Informed us the day before departure they were 'overbooked' despite our email confirmation stating that our return trip was booked (highlighted in green) with details of no. of adults, children departure dates etc.

Excellent service! I made a reservation for a transfer from the hotel in Funchal to the airport online on their website and received a reply very soon. The price was announced on the website when booking and quite acceptable. The driver was waiting for us even earlier, the car was luxurious and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
