We were met at the airport at the time that we had arranged who spoke good English. The car was clean and tidy and most importantly air conditioned, we were taken to our hotel in a timely manner. The return was just as efficient with the driver taking our case to the car and again clean and tidy car with air conditioning at 33 degrees we needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly and reliable service to/from the airport. Easy to book on their website and pay online with card or PayPal. I would use them again. They also have a sister company that organises tours... your driver will likely give you leaflets on these.

It is the first time I have used this company but I would highly recommend. I was met at the stated destination and the driver was very polite & professional. The car was very nice & clean. Due to a family death my mother who is a resident travelled back with me so I emailed them to ask if it was possible to add her to my booking. It was Christmas Eve so I was very pleased to get an immediate response confirming it was okay. The pick up was also as good and the driver was on time, polite & helpful. It is nice to pay a set fee in advance and just have a small amount for a tip on the day.

This is a fabulous service that I used pre COVID and again this week. If you envisage a problem, you can be confident that messages are answered swiftly. Our flight was delayed from Manchester and at my request they moved the one way transfer to the return journey. Had I known at the time how difficult it would be to get a normal taxi at the airport , I would have made a different arrangement.

This company is so professional and a reasonable price. We booked before we left the UK which was a very smooth process. On arriving at Funchal airport, there was our driver with our name held up. He was friendly and courteous, explaining things to us on our journey. Our return driver was equally friendly and courteous. The cars were clean and comfortable. Going on holiday can be a bit stressful, but they made our arrival and departure from Madeira a pleasure. We would definately recommend this company.

Having paid €40 for a hotel arranged taxi to get us from Funchal airport to the city centre, we paid just €24 for a better service through Madeira Airport Transfers. Booking online was very quick and simple with no advance payment. The smartly dressed driver contacted us on arrival and took us to his immaculate Ford S-Max which had me thinking that I’d booked an executive chauffeur by mistake! The transfer took just 20 mins from the centre of Funchal and the fare was exactly as confirmed online. A normal yellow taxi will cost you at least €30 so why pay more when you get service like this? I was only surprised that the hotel hadn’t heard of them before when a quick Google search took me seconds to find them. Highly recommended.

Used Madeira Airport Transfers for the second time earlier this month. Once again the service was excellent and our driver was very pleasant and efficient. Our flight arrived 45 minutes early but he was there waiting with his sign as we left departures. We arrived at our apartment, on the other side of Funchal, thirty minutes later. Highly recommended!

Easy booking and good bang for the buck. We actually got a bigger car both ways than we paid for. Especially the driver who drove us back to the airport was wonderful. Would use this company again.

We ordered their private taxi service from and to the airport. Everything was very professional, from the pickup in the airport, to the pickup from our hotel when leaving again. The drivers were careful and attentive. We will use this company again next time.
