Jardim de Santa Bárbara is beautiful in spite of appearing somewhat overcrowded. The splashes of colour contrast with the remains of the medieval arcade of the archbishop's palace at the back. Choose the hour well if you wish to photograph - the sun can be...More

A beautiful garden with old roman arches. It’s near the other key sites. Not over crowded. Be sure to take the tram up the hill and walk down the many steps from the church

A lovely place in Braga. One of the most precious. It's very well preserved and you have a huge mix of nature and history

The Sta. Bárbara's Garden is very well cared, with a lot of beautiful flowers in the center of the city!

As you would expect from a garden, this one is full of flowers. A nice and colorful gem in the city of Braga. Entry is free of charge.

It's a small garden with a backdrop of a castle wall (cant go up to the wall). In May, it was in full bloom with Rose's the size of a 3 tennis balls. Lots of photo ops. 5 minute walk from the arch.

In the city center you can easily find this square with lots of flowers. The most amazing part is the medieval archways, which for me was a glimpse into the past. Have to note that there are some good cafes and restaurants nearby.

The garden is intermingled with the streets and the shops, and then you venture onto a beautiful manicured garden.

The best preserved garden in town, probably . It reminds some castles gardens seen in movies, with the well preserved "Palace" building in the background.
