Easy to spend more time that planned here, the area is very inviting with many points to make photos or have a drink while watching Porto on the other side.

We enjoyed walking both sides of the Cais da Ribeira, there is history, great views and crafts stalls. Crossing the bridge, many wine rooms and an amazing market with delicious food and very relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful riverside area full of street vendors, good restaurants beautiful views and grilled chestnuts. How can it get any better.

This stretch along the river is vibrant and noisy with buskers, restaurants and lots of people. Wonderful architecture which is even better lit by late afternoon sun. A great place to spend some time.

I don't think there's a market in the Zona Ribeirinha. But the Mercado do Bolhão is worth a visit though.
