A magnificent Church ruined restructuring and superfluous decoration. Outside looks much better than in the interior.

If in Porto, do go! No queue even in August. V well worth the five Euro entry fee. Impressive spooky catacombs (teens loved them) and incredible art work dripping in gold leaf. You will genuinely never have seen anything like it. Highly recommended.

Porto has many churches, but this is the richest one, with its golden inside . It worths the visit for itself but you still have the bonus of a small museum and an old cemetery.

This is a very interesting church with attached museum and catacombs. €5 gets you entrance to both. Sadly you're not permitted to take any photos. They will however sell you a leaflet for another € We later learnt from our tutuk guide this is the...More
