My son and I were in Porto for a couple of days to watch the Porto LCFC match (the less said about that the better). We did two tours with PanchoTours. The cultural tour on the first day and the historical tour on the next day. Our guide for both was an hilarious Irishman called Caoi who'd lived in Porto... More

The tour was super good the girl was friendly her English was excellent but more importantly I left Porto with a lot of stories about people and places that I would have not been able to know otherwise

I did 3 tours with them: Historical, Cultural and Wine Tours. Free Cultural walking tour with Pedro and he told us some really interesting stories and showed some nice places. It is a good tour if you want to know more about the culture and Portuguese people rather than history. Pedro as well was very open for any kind of... More

We took the free walking tour of Porto. Our guide, Pedro, was great fun! He knew the city like the back of his hand and had lots of interesting stories. At the end of the tour he was very happy to suggest local restaurants to go to, dishes to order and even walked us to the spot where we got... More

Not quite sure about the previous review of Inês, but we had a great evening on the "Taste of Portugal" tour. As it turned out there were just two of us on the tour and we had a lovely time, not just learning about the food and wine origins but the history and landscape of the city. Inês was a... More

We did the free walking tour with Inês. She was absolutely terrible. She was clearly hungover and spent most of the tour talking about alcohol and bars and clubs, or texting on her phone. She hardly told us anything about Porto or Portugal. We have done many walking tours in many European cities, and this was by far the worst.... More

We had a really nice guide Rita. First of all i was positively surprised about her English level as i thought she is native english speaker, but no - she is Portuguese from Porto. Rita made a really nice tour with many interesting stories and jokes, she answered all of our questions and gave many recommendations about the area, restaurants,... More

We did the free walking tour with Pedro, who was a fantastic guide! He was very enthusiastic and funny, and shared just the right amount of information at each stop. He also had lots of little stories and anecdotes as well. He gave us lots of information about other things to do in Porto and places to eat! We walked... More

The historical tour starts near metrostation Aliados. Our guide Iñes was very enthousiastic and kind, and combined with the great company of fellow travellers, this sure was one of the best days yet in Porto. We also did the wine tour in the afternoon/evening. Normally it's 25 but if you book it during another (free) tour, you get a €5... More

Hi! I spent two days in in PORTO and did two walking tours with Pancho Tours: Free Walking Tour Porto - highly recommended, tour of 3h30 throughout the entire city, a perfect introduction not only to this fascinating city but also to the history of Portugal, the very first global empire. Excellent English, plenty of anecdotes, a lot of energy... More
