A memorable experience. Truly worthy of its status as one of the top 10 cafes in the world. Remarkable architecture combined with impeccable service and meals, it doesn’t disappoint. Don’t leave without trying the cheesecake dessert!

Very special place in Porto, iconic cafe -must visit, even though it's not so cheap. You can see a piece of history and feel this atmosphere of elegant cafe.

Some may be compelled to visit here and will go at any price and be prepared to Q. For my money there are many other nooks and crannies to explore in Porto and just as grandiose in their own way. ....but not everyone thinks like...More

Over rated tourist attraction. It feels like they cram people in. 5 euro coffee, but the original grandeur is lost with the overcrowding and noise

Left this Cafe until our last afternoon. Had to wait only 5 minutes for a table and the service was brilliant. I had the club sandwich and a Portotonic and although a little expensive it was well worth it. They are happy for you to...More

We had to go. Just to see the interior and experience Porto. We enjoyed our coffee and croissants (ham and cheese), soaked it in, checked the box and continued our explorations.

Like many others we visited the Majestic because of its popularity in tour books, trip advisor and tour guides. Having said that we knew the prices would be higher than surrounding cafes and fast food restaurants. With that in mind do not go the Majestic...More

I don't think so. We were there in August and I believe that a female friend and I wore capris and my husband wore shorts.
