One of the city's best jazz clubs, Hot Five offers a great choice of live jazz and blues amid a buzzing atmosphere close to the city center. Top musicians supply the entertainment. This spot, hosts live jazz and blues as well as the occasional acoustic, folk or all-out jam session. It’s a modern but intimate space, with seating around small tables, both fronting the stage and on an upper balcony.

We went to Hotfive to see a Beatles tribute band. The place was short but very well decorated, with pictures of some monsters of jazz, like Miles Davis and Charlie Parker. I hope we'll be back soon!

Not true! They're having a The Doors cover and I came here for the jazz. Spoiler alert: The Doors is NOT jazz. How misleading of you.
