The boat seats were not very comfortable hard wood no cushions so thank full we only did 50 minutes. No explanation in commentary just naming of buildings not like in other countries. 15 euro each so not very good value

Sadly this is a very unprofessional company which is obviously all about maximising profit and minimising customer care. Their boat is old and horribly crowded with seating on deck for only a minority of passengers. The food is poor and the wine is worse (not...More

We did this trip in April, 2018 from Porto to Regua....Breakfast with white table cloth and great food.... A superb lunch with tons of local wine (included). Lots of seating inside. Commentary on what we were seeing...Went through two locks and was terraced vineyards galore...Great...More

The sun was shinning so we took advantage of the outdoor decking as did everyone else so we were true sardines. Unfortunately because we were outside we didn't get to hear the commentary due to there being one tiny speaker. A little bit pricey for...More

I had to endure a full day trip on this boat from 8:15am to 6pm, to culminate in a badly organised 20 minute walk around a Vineyard. You don’t get off the boat until the end. 10 hours sitting, all to get a 2 hour...More

From Oporto to Régua by boat, back to Oporto by train. Nice and calm. Lunch included in the price, about 60 €. You pass amazing landscapes with wine yards and historical buildings. Just sit back and enjoy a marvellous stay on board. Everything well organized....More

Don’t choose this company until they fix their problems. 1) Not enough seating on the deck, which led to people fighting over chairs and space to sit. It’s 7 hours— so that is ridiculous. 2) No designated smoking area. People light up and blow smoke...More

The river cruise was a full day with a two hour train ride to Ragua and six hours on the Douro. A couple of hours really does it in terms of terrain. The lunch provided was poor and there’s not much more to say. Too...More

On the sundeck the majority has to stand, chairs for maybe 30% of the people. Inside is cold and unpleasant with uncomfortable chairs. This 8 hour experience from Porto to Pinhao is very upsetting because it is so poorly organized.

I believe It goes upstream one day and back downstream the next day, so if you are staying in Porto and want a day trip then you travel one way by boat and the other by train. The brochure shows 2 day options with an... More
