A museum of traditional arts and crafts. I spent a useful hour in this place and it was colourful and entertaining. Plus the entry ticket was very cheap!

This museum explains the traditional costumes, origin and meaning as well as the linen making process. It also had a section on the gold fillagree hearts. Beautiful displayed, text is in Portuguese and English. It had a temporary exhibition by an artist using traditional design...More

For only 2€ entry and you get 3 different museums to visit with that, you can't go wrong. Very original and cultural to the area. Lots of beautiful gold.

A fabulous collection of traditional costumes from the area including wedding and various working clothes. This museum also includes old weaving looms and a basement section with some beautiful filigree goldwork. At 2E entry (1E pensioners) it is worth a couple of hours

The museum is fairly specialised although you can just walk around and admire some of the cloths. Good explanation panels. Wespent almost 2 hours in a relatively small museum!
